1. Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of vrdiff (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation, and “you” in this document means both you personally and that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information when you sign up and to keep it up to date.
- Notify us immediately at support@vrdiff.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Workspaces and members
vrdiff is organised around workspaces. Each workspace has one owner, who is responsible for the workspace, its billing, and its members. Members of a workspace can read or contribute to its projects according to the role assigned to them.
If you are invited to a workspace, you agree that the workspace owner controls workspace-level settings and may remove you, change your role, or delete the workspace at any time. Content published into a workspace is governed by the workspace owner’s relationship with vrdiff.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use vrdiff to:
- Upload, publish, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
- Upload content that contains malware, exploits, or attempts to interfere with the integrity or operation of the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or any portion of it without our written permission.
- Send unsolicited messages or use the Service to deliver spam, including via the workspace invitation system.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or use someone else’s payment method without authorisation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts and remove content that violates this section, with or without notice depending on the severity.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the screens, design data, comments, flows, prototypes, and other material you publish to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant vrdiff a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and otherwise process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the workspace members you have authorised. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service.
You represent that you have the right to publish Your Content to vrdiff and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Plans, billing, and refunds
- Personal workspaces are free and capped at 4 seats and 1 project. Paid plans (Pro, Max) are billed via Stripe.
- Pro is billed per seat per month and prorated when members are added or removed. Max is a flat monthly rate.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the workspace billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact support@vrdiff.com and we will investigate in good faith.
- We may change plan pricing on at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply at the start of the next billing period after the notice expires; ongoing subscriptions are not retroactively repriced.
7. Cancellation, suspension, and data export
You can delete your account or any team workspace you own at any time from the app. Deletion is permanent and cascades — projects, versions, annotations, reviews, flows, and prototypes belonging to a deleted workspace are removed. We will retain backups in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate the Service to your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that creates a security or legal risk to us or other users. We will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure where practical, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability and durability of the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen events may occasionally impact availability. We will work in good faith to minimise downtime and restore service quickly.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party tools — most notably Figma (for the publishing plugin), Google (for sign-in), and Stripe (for billing). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vrdiff and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify vrdiff against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will notify registered account holders by email and post the updated Terms here at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which vrdiff is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.
